Each Tabitha Jacket is mindfully patch-worked together using naturally dyed linen, making each jacket completely one-of-a-kind.

Jacket #1 is dyed with Indigo. Indigo refers both to the blue pigment used as a dye and to indigo plants of the genus Indigofera. Indigo dye has been used for thousands of years by civilizations all over the world to dye fabric blue. It has been the most famous and most widely used natural dye throughout history and is still extremely popular today as evidenced by the familiar color of blue jeans.

Carefully quilted onto breathable, pure wool batting and lined with Organic Cotton Knit fabric, the Tabitha jacket is machine washable making it super easy to care for.

Care: I recommend spot cleaning with natural detergent and line drying in the shade. Each jacket has been pre-washed so no shrinkage should occur. If your jacket needs a complete wash, use a mild natural detergent, cold machine wash on delicate/ hand-wash cycle, and line dry in the shade to avoid sun bleaching of the linen. Your jacket can be ironed with a warm-hot iron if needed to get out some of the wrinkles.
